Well, if its curly then no. If its not the same color and length as my own at a restaurant, no. If its the same length and color as my own at home then, yes.

Definitely ruins my appetite. Makes me not want to eat for a while yet. It stays in my imagination because I'm wondering whose hair is it, what they put in their hair, what kind of hygiene this person has, that sort of stuff. Its a total turn off and appetite loser.

If I'm in a restaurant and it's not my hair, then I get grossed out and return the plate to the kitchen. They'll send something else out.
If I'm at home, I usually just remove the hair and keep on eating. I know my hair is clean.

If it's my hair from the food I made, I'll just remove it and keep on eating. But if it's anothers hair, I'll loose my appetite.

Yes is totally ruins my appetite. I also can't eat if I see the restaurant employees handling money and then my food or eating utensils. Just can't do it.

You would be surprised t know what is in your food.
Example,
Do you know your breads, cereals, flour products, contain the eggs of insects? It is true.
Put some flour in a jar and put it away for about 40 days or more and then take a look it will have 'worms' that have hatched out.
Its just normal.

It's funny, but hairs creep me out. Of all things that might be in your food, to be icked out by a hair seems silly. But I am.
But I would keep eating, after a brief pause.

Yes. And No. If I was in a restaurant I would send the meal back straight away. At somebody's home I'd politely say I was full.
