I have this close older male friend and we have been very close friends over last 3 years. I feel its time to distance ourselves from each other because our relationship is interfering with our significant other relationships. But he keeps persisiting that we havea "special" friendship and we love and care for each other deeply, but we are with others right now. After much thinking and advice I feel its best we distance ourselves from each other. He continues to say things I feel are over the line.

My wife and I have know each other for 4 years . We got marriied 1 ago. When we met, she had 3 kids.They are now 10,9 and 8. The step-kids were calling me by my first name, I am not comfortable with this, but I let it go on for a while. Now I've expressed that I don't want them to call me by my first name and she doesn't agree. She says that if they call me by my first name, She say give then time. Any suggestions? Also......their father does not play any role in their lives since they've been born.

In what they are teaching our children? I am concerned with why are so many children dropping out. I do know that the school have taken out alot of the things that kept interested in school like art and music wood shop and far to many thing that will help the children find themselves. If so please help me with the imformation to get this started in the area where I am from.

What is the legality of downloading TV shows (which are not sold as individual shows such as Sky One's Brainiac) for showing in an educational environment (such as a secondary school) in the UK? Please cite specific law/acts/cases wherever possible.

I know that it has some relevance to a European act passed in 2001 but I don't know what the act was. Is it not similar to VHSing programs from the TV and showing them?

I have an outstanding payday loan and they want to take me to
court. I wrote a check for the loan and it bounced and I have paid on the loan since but haven't been able to pay it off. I really don't want to go to court but they aren't willing to work with me. Can anyone tell me what happens at that point?
