I ask people: Do you have "Breakast in America" by Supertramp, "Rumours" by Fleetwood Mac or "Hotel California" by the Eagles? If the answers are yes then they are my age. All classics, simple.

Well this is a rather broad question. We have over five thousand vinyl records. We enjoy quite a few of them!
One day I may listen to jazz, while the next day country, then rock. We were not impressed with the Beatles and sold off some of our vinyl of them, even the white album lol!
We have Elvis, Johnny Cash you name it. We even have vinyl in German, Japanese, and other languages.
It highly depends what your choice of music is? I have my first choice of music while Mr. has his. We both get a kick out of the 70's vinyl. I get a big kick of what is on the cover of these albums and the inserts. So much information!
Have fun playing your vinyl....rumour has it that new pressings are coming out!

George Harrison, All Things Must Pass is a good one, particularly for skinning up on the cover!
I'd go with Bowie's The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars. All those reissues on CD, and none of them sound quite right. The mix is totally different.

Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. Need something with all the pops and crackles of vinyl that sounds differently when you listen with headphones.

I'm torn between Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of the Moon' or the Rolling Stones' 'Exile on Main Street'. There's not a bad note on either record.
