Did he simply just come out of the woodwork and declare:
"Yeah, so, I'm the Pope now, like, God talks to me and stuff..."?
Somehow, no one dared to question this authority for however many centuries.

I am going to my best friend's house today for a sleepover, which we have planned for many weeks now. Problem is, we live in a house with three indoor cats, and my my friend is allergic. I can only imagine how irritating it is, and I don't want to cause too much trouble for her, especially since I'll be there for three days instead of the usual hour or so.

My question is, what causes the allergic reaction, and what can I do to get rid of the offensive material (i.e. fur, dander, whatever causes the problem)? I don't think lint rollers do the trick, and I want my friend to be as happy and healthy as possible on this and future visits.
