If by Smarty Pants, you mean intelligence, Ben Stein wins. If you mean smart alecness, Alex Trebek wins. I can't stand the look of superiority Alex gets when he gives the correct answer to a question that a Jeopardy player incorrectly answered. And there's the smug and affected way he pronounces foreign words in their appropriate accent.
Ben Stein is a multi talented man... lawyer, actor, economist, presidential speechwriter and all around funny guy. They don't come much smarter than him!
