Grill the Tilapia
Cook the pasta, add butter a touch of oil, salt, pepper and parmasean cheese.
Saute the zuchinni, onions and mushrooms in butter until tender
Deglaze the veggie pan with a little white wine and pour it over the grilled Tilapia. Pasta and nice veggies on the side.
That sounds like dinner to me.

Baked Talapia with stir fry veggies.. shrooms, onions, zuchini. Corn too.
Or you could als serve chicken hot wings as an appetizer.
Or you could make the Talapia in little foil packets with the veggies cooked with it in the pouches. I have had that before.. very festive.
It will be great.

that's a strange combo- this is gonna take some imagination. ok cut up your onion. sautee some of it in some butter and garlic salt. cook your fish in that then put it in the oven really low to keep it warm while you cook your cubed zuchinni in the same pan with all the yummies still in there. once your zuchinni is almost done add your corn and mushrooms. serve over buttered noodles. I dunno maybe... :)

i find myself asking that question for 2 people...dont need to cook for the thrid yet. why not try mixing :drumstickswith a lil bit of spahgetti noodles and sauce add salt pepper to taste and any spice and mix in a bit of onion and mushrooms to the sauce...try fring the onions and mushrooms up a lil first before adding it to the sauce

I think you should buy drumsticks,salad and a vegetable.My mom cooks some meat,salad and a veggie every night and It can feed 6 people!Hope this helps!

Hmmm....Maybe Spaghetti with Spaghetti Sauce (topped with mushrooms), baked chicken drumstick/or roasted, however you want it cooked, and sauteed zuchinni and onions.

aluminum foil recipes
Packet Potatoes / Vegetables
1 Small Onion
4 Medium potatoes
2 Tbs olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp dried dill weed
¼ tsp pepper
Center onion
Top with diced potatoes
Sprinkle with oil and seasonings
Bake at 450 for 30 to 35 minutes or grill for 15 to 20 minutes

½ Medium red bell pepper cut in strips
1 fish per packet
Spread with mayonnaise
Sprinkle with cheese and cayenne pepper
Top with vegetables
Bake at 450 for 18 to 22 minutes or grill for 10 to 12 minutes

Parmigiana Chicken
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves = 1 ¼ lbs
1 Cup spaghetti sauce
2 Medium zucchini sliced
1 Cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
¼ Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Center one chicken breast on each foil sheet
Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken
Top with zucchini
Sprinkle with cheeses
Make packet
Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 20 to 24 minutes or grill 12 to 14 minutes.
BBQ Chicken
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
1 Cup BBQ sauce
2 Cups whole kernel corn
½ Cup chopped green bell pepper
Follow above directions: bake at 450 for 18-22 minutes or grill for 14-16Home-style Chicken

1 chicken per packet
Spoon soup over each pc chicken
Sprinkle paprika over each
Top with vegetables
Dot with butter
Bake at 450 for 30 to 35 or grill 22 to 24 minutes
