Can anybody give me advice on what I should do?
I have IBS, and even tho stress, anxiety and nervousness are some of the main factors for my IBS, I get morning shock every day, especially in the winter when its colder. I turn the thermostat high, wear lots of layers and sleep with an electric heating blanket, but when I wake up my body goes into shock and irritates my stomach really badly! (especially when i step outside). The only way I have avoided morning shock to my stomach is to wake up later in the afternoon (when it's warmer), but obviously I cannot do this everyday! Any advice? My doctor has been helpless.

my husbands grandparents... they are literally millionaires. We dont have a lot of money and I have no idea what to get them and their adopted daughter who is 11. They have everything they need and I want it to be something thoughtful but I just draw a blank. My grandfather doesn't like to eat out at resturants and my grandmother already has someone cleaning for her.. and the adopted child goes to a private school and has everything she could ever want... any ideas?

I am a recovering patient of suffering/battling anorexia .. I lost all my hair in clumps and would hide inside my house and wouldn't want anyone to see me I was so embarrased and my social life has suffered dramatically because of this.. my hair is like a little boys right now its finally even but I want it long my hair has always been long I've heard vitamins can make ur hair grow fast plz help me :[

my ex and i broke up a while ago. he says hhe loves me . he says his heart is with me n will always be.he sed if u love some one let them go if they come back there always ures. i have been a cow to him since we broke up because i didnt know how to deal with it. threatening him with various things, which i regret totally.
he now says he needs to 'find out who he is', his 'heart is with me but his head isnt' and 'circumstances mean we cnt be together at mo' becaus he cant forget the bad stuff that happened at the end. some explanations please. is he needing this time to forget the bad stuff , if so do u think he ever will? or can if he LOVES ME
the whole purpose of not finding somone knew is thti love him and know it can be gd
i asked if he waNts me to move on , and he sed no he doesnt but knows he cant tell me to wait.
he says his heart is always with him but his head not with me at the moment. dont say move on bcus how can i knowin he loves me and i him. do u think love is enuf

hi, i am a teacher, and my students will have to defend their native language/a debate with another school defending the use of English in our daily life. People nowadays are using English language (specially English expressions) in public places/chattings,etc.. The point is how to preserve our language, and do we speak English as to be "on with fashion", up to date, to show that we are educated, etc...
This applies to all schools who teach English as their second language. Our native language is Arabic but the arguments apply to all educators, and i guess the French will understand me more and be helpfull here

My gf that I have been with for a month and I had a horrible date last friday. She was meanspirited, very critial, and distant. At the end of the date, she kissed me with her arms crossed, cancelled our plans for the date the next day, and said she may be up for hanging out on sunday and that she would call me on sunday to let me know. She never called. On monday she called me to see how I was doing and what I have been up to, I asked if she would like to meet me for lunch on saturday and she said yes. My question is, is she going to dump me? I figure is she wanted to she would not have called, agreed to meet with me, or left the possibility of still hanging out. Any thoughts?
