Ok im always late for school!! I always get up late what can I do??
I have my alarm set but It just goes off untill my mom turns it off!! Right now im trying to get up eairler slowly... Like Insted of 8 755 for a few days then insted of 755 750 for a few days then insted of 750 745......... any other sugestions!!

Help. I follow this problem except for one very big problem. How is it that .01490 turns into 0.149?

200.0 J of heat is required to raise the temperature of an object by 3.00 C. If the specific heat of the object is .01490 J/gC... what is the mass of the sample?

I understand that I have to solve for mass and therefore isolate it.
Therefore:
200.0 = ____ x .01490 x 3.00C
200 = M(0.149)(3)
From there, I understand that 200 = 0.447

But I do NOT understand how .01490 becomes 0.149.

The 3rd anniversary of my vegetarianism in March... I would like to celebrate this event by finalizing my transition into a vegan diet (the whole lifestyle to be 100% later).
I have kicked eggs...
I have put down the milk...
I need some help with saying no to cheese.
Veggie cheese is gross. I do not like it one bit, it isn't even close. What suggestions and substitutes can you guys suggest?
