Hey, so I can only download torrent for a short period of time before my interent totally dies, and I need to reboot my router and modem. I don't use torrents very often any more (I have moved on the newsgroups.. where the connection speed is like 40x faster). But there is just this one thing I can't seem to find anywhere else. Anyway, Torrents used to also be faster. These days they never seem to go over 20kb. I remember when I used to get speeds of over 300. I am on a mac, so I don't think it a Trojan or something (someone mentioned that in another post). And It is not my mac either because I tired it on a windows machine here and had the same result. Also I turned off my firewalls, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

During times of peace many young people are selecting the military as an option. There are many benifits to the choice. Education, training and employment. However, during a war they are ask to complete the job they were trained for. Most do so honorabily. But there are those who feel they should not fight and look to get out of their situation because they face death. Are they victims or not?

i am thinking of my love life which is now getting disturbed.
I am not able to convince her to listen my problems and feelings.

i got to know this girl who's a taurus from my school. i never knwe her and just entered her life just like then. so ibegan talking to her more and got to know her even more.

i was attracted to her for some reasons. not becos she's a taurus becos i didnt know she is one in the first place.

so we got closer and went out for dates. i know she likes me. it's easy to tell. i just know it if girls like me or are interested to know me. it's very obvious. dont ask how do i know. i can tell after some time.

im not her bf. but we're close and want to wait to get to know each other even MORE before getting into a serious r/s. becos im not into a short term thrill with a girl.

so i just got more open to her abt myself and ever did tell her that i miss her. and gave her hints that i like her. our date went out really well.

but i just dont know why im the one giving more into our friendship and ties than she does. i just dont feel appreciated much. damn. like what the heck is wrong

my elderley father lives with me. he recieced a settelment two yrs ago. it was alot of money . now he has very little left. he wants to go to the bank every other day h cashes a check for ,say $50. then sometimes he"ll also take the same from savings! now don"t get me wrong but the thing is he has very little to show for it. he bought a new car , he says for me ,but i told him that if something should happen to him i could not afford to keep it because i live on a fixed income. he can"t drive because he is almost blind. i"ve tried to taalk to him about this and he will agree with everything but just continues to do the same thing. i"m afraid if something happens the car will be repoed and there won"t be any money for me to buy a car.which i need for dr. grocer and such, don"t call me greedy cuz i love my dad very much.
