It all depends on how you drive the FD.
Larger wheels have advantages and disadvantages
Advantages
1. Looks
2. Availability of aftermarket tires.
3. Performance. You can get wider tires with shorter sidewalls on larger wheels.
4. Required for some big brake setups, as mentioned above
Disadvantages:
1. Availability of tires Larger the tires...fewer number of aftermarket companies that sell them
2. Wheels and tires are more expensive
3. Larger wheels are susceptible to damage from potholes (especially if larger than 18")
4. Wheel offsets and tire sizes must be chosen carefully to avoid rubbing and to preserve proper operation of the TCS
5. Replacement tire costs.
As far as set up...if youre running street, then ann offset size from rear to front will work out great. Not only does it give a great look, but there are performance aspects to having larger rims in the back and smaller in the front.
But be ready to sacrifice a little ride quality for aperformance if you go bigger rims and smaller sidewall tires.

Use an inch smaller wheel on the front. 19" in the back, 18" in the front is what I woudl suggest. The proper offset is key; try and get the widest rims you can fit in the rear so you can get larger tires... You don't want them sticking out further than the body, though. The fronts don't need to be quite as wide.
To get the proper width, measure from your body back as far as you can into the wheel well without touching. Then take an inch off.
