I'm looking for some good places to go climbing in London (as close to the centre as possible). I'm not very experienced, but am keen to get better so somewhere with a wide range of courses would be great. Any ideas?

Amersham Leisure Centre has a place called The Climb which is challenging enough for a beginner.
Amersham is on the Met Line.
