I think the skull and cross bones is not a strong enough message.
What about the poor person with-in breathing space of the second hand smoke. That person has no control of the poison, they are subjected to the hand of the grim reaper. Most of these people think well I'm not breathing it in long enough to do any harm. The non-smoker actually breather deeper then the smokers, thus doing more damage to themselves without proper knowledge. It not just Cancer any more, but other ill health defects.

I'm guessing you're in America. Here in Australia cigarette packets have photos of things like: a person with mouth cancer, and gangrenous foot about to be amputated, a dead person's artery clogged and leaking fatty buildup, and other lovely things like that.
Still doesn't stop dopey people from smoking though.

Yeah, sure.
The cancerous gums are pretty gross, though.
But why not the Jolly Roger?
Actually, I take that back. That whole Pirate Theme might make people think it's cool.
Let's stick with the cancerous gums....

Sure. Just think of how effective it would be too. All those smokers who previously had no idea of what they were doing would be faced with the reality that what they were doing was bad for them. Very original idea too. Good job.
