I'm planning on burning almost 50 CD's. I'm using 1 writer and I'm worried that I'll damage it or something if i burn the Cd's non-stop. Is this true? If so what can I do?

My husband has some credit issues and the only type of loan we qualify for right now is a 85% conventional loan w/ 9.75 adjustable interest rate. That loan is not an option. We will get back about $10,000 when we sell our house. We have to move because our neighborhood has gotten exemtrely bad. We seen a lot of adversiting for lease/purchases and owner financing. Our concerns is that the owner may not pay the house payments and we get evicted. Or the house is in pre-foreclosure and we don't know it. Any suggestions?

I am 23 years old and I just moved across the country to go to school. I took a part time job at a clothing store about a month ago. My boss is 25 and I have been attracted to her ever since I started.The atmosphere we work in allows for alot of contact between us. We are always joking around and touching each other in playful manners.I think we have great chemistry and I really enjoy my time with her. I know it is typically a bad idea to get involved with a co-worker but I am willing to leave the job if we have a chance at a relationship. However I really enjoy the job and if the crush is not mutual, I would like to stay. How can I find out how she feels without risking a friendship if she is not intrested?

My girl friend and I broke up. She told me that she needs space and time to grow up, do feel independent. Been going out for 2 years. She told me that deep down inside she knows that we will end up together. she not taking of our pictures from her wall or even her wallet. How long should i give her? Should i still keep alittle contact with her? Should i wait until she makes the first move? I know she loves me. I dont want to move on to a different girl, should i just wait for her?
