I'm 20 years old, in college, and I'm living at home because rent in Hawaii is too expensive and it'd be hard to go to school and work long hours to pay rent. However, I'm gonna have to move out eventually, and I'm cool with that, but scared in the back of my mind. It isn't the thought of being on my own, I'm a very shy person with no friends except for a couple online and my cousin (although he's more my brother's friend). I'm afraid that if I move away from my family that I will completely shut myself out from the worl and be extremely depressed (it already happens sometimes because I'm a lonely person). I know I have to try be social, but no matter what I do, I instinctivly just am not.

I'm thinking that maybe if I move out it will force me to learn to be social, but I'm afraid my "condition" will only worsen if I move out.

The feedback system has a basic flaw. Most sellers will not leave feedback for a buyer, until the buyer leaves feedback for them. This is a flaw because if a perfect, fast paying buyer leaves poor feedback for a non-performing seller, buyer risks retaliatory feedback.

Suggestion:
-On the member profile page (where the feedback information is listed) ebay should have one entry for EVERY completed transaction including status of transaction and status of feedback. If no feedback has been left, it should say so.
-Positive points should be assumed and automatically issued by eBay for each completed transaction to every buyer after 2 weeks, unless a seller files a non-paying bidder complaint.
-Positive points should be assumed and issued automatically by eBay for each completed transaction after 30 days, unless a buyer files a complaint.
-Comments both positive and negative could still be allowed and shown for each transaction.
-Unresolved complaints should subtract 1 point

Does anybody use an eye gel that temporarily gets rid of wrinkles. I can't afford botox yet and want to use something that instantly gets rid of them for a short time.

okay, I asked the question did the vatican institustion seperate itself from the Catholic church by signing the documents of Vatican ll.
I gratefully acknowledge the answers received, perhaps my question was too vague so, Vatican ll was called as a pastoral council which would define no dogma but would interpret Catholiscism in the light of the modern era.
I cannot give a lot of examples here as it would take up to much space but let me site the example of Atheistic communism.
All the Popes from Leo Xlll to Pius Xll have condemned this with Papal bulls and pronounced it Anathema, and this is an everlasting pronunciation of Papal authority, and unchangeable, and yet Pope John XXlll authorized the infamous Metz agreement which promised not to mention Communism at His forthcoming council against the wishes of the majority of the assembled Bishops and signed the decree to accord with the representatives of Atheistic communism.
did this not in fact, go against those previous Popes

Mine: I was in the bathroom at work, sitting there doing my business, and out of nowhere this big metal garbage can fell off the wall and landed flat on the floor, making a HUGE noise. Scared the cr@p out of me (litterally). I laugh now but at the time my eyes nearly popped out of my head.
What's yours?

I've been currently working my postion for over a year. I've recieved three raises. That's fine, but i want a higher position now. Unfortunatley in my department the higher positions have already been filled. Since I didn't see any oppurtunities for increase in my department I volunteered to help start another, by being hands on in the training as well as the work. That was a success but now since that department has been started I am no longer needed there. I now have the option to stay in my original position or take a demotion to the new one. Should I stay in my original position or should i take the lower pay scale and hope for a management postion to post?

Is it possible for us to estimate the time of our next evolutionary upgrade?

Would it occur at birth (like most of the X-men mutants), or would our bodies and/or minds suddenly go under drastic, phenomenal changes? Would those changes happen to every human at once, or would they be more likely to happen to certain individuals?

Can we predict what kind of changes might happen to us? Have we discovered an evolutionary pattern or something that could give us an idea what changes might be to our species? -- such as perception, fears, etc. of the subconscience or major events of the stimuli?

Also, what would happen to the rest of the species on the planet; do they have their own evolutionary cycle. If so, how have they evolved (if there are any periods recent enough)?

Where are we at?

12 immigrants got caught this week in the city that I live in. Immigration went to a construction site and caught all of them. The immigrants, 8 from Mexico and 4 from Brazil were working for as little as 20.00 a day. Whos the bad guy, they for being illegal or the Contractor for paying them that little? Please give me your opinion. Do you feel bad they are getting paid that little? Or are you mad that the contractor is paying them so little? Or send them back?

Obviously, you should never use a TV as a "babysitter" for your young child. But what if the TV is on a couple hours throughout the day, and your baby watches a little bit of it (like a half an hour or so). Can that cause ADD problems when they are older?
