Ok, I guess it is unanimously agreed that Jerry Maguire is not Tom's best movie ever (although, I think it is). As far as a sequel, I seriously think it could work, with the right script.

Because sequels are never as good as the original, and he was probably busy filming another movie after the making of Jerry Maguire, and now it would seem awkward to produce a sequel to a film that was made in the nineties; however, stranger things have been done.

I don't think that Jerry MaGuire is the best Tom Cruise movie. That title rightfully belongs to Top Gun!

No it wasnt, A Few Good Men and Days of Thunder were better in my opinion. As for a sequal, what would it have been about? The movie had an ending, so there was no need for a sequal.

I thought it was one of his best performances and it was a great movie! I don't think it needs a sequel.
