i already have a dog yorkie but isnt mine just lives in the same house and we dont like our selves that much i think its annoying..........i had 2 dogs the one i have now and his mother but she died of oldness i guess and she was mine and i loved her and i really love dogs but not the one i have right no i mean its not playful and nothing i mean i dont mind it but it isnt my type i like playful ones i want a dog thats playful i want a new puppy not that big like on the small sized sinced i live in a aparatment i really do want one but dont know how to ask my dad or mom i know if i ask my dad he will get me one but them my mom will say let me think about it im 14 and im turning 15 in june and where i live i can work when im 15 so that means i can get money and have money for him and his needs what should i dont know if i should get it for xmas but then i think its too much i have looked in the paper and they range from 500 to 600 should i i will give 10 points to best answer thanks????

I bought a car 3 months from a person(propably unlicensed dealer) who bought it from auction.
Had inspection before I buy it, mechanic told everything is fine. Now engine oil light came on and mechanic found a lot sludge build up in engine and said it is not possible to clean.
I know lemon laws apply to dealer only. But is there anything I can do about the seller ? I am from Arizona are there any laws for that..
Is there anything I can do get back at this guy, even though I dont get anything back, like complaining to DMV so that somebody will be saved.

Tonight I was able to sit down alone with her and I told her that, even though she says it is "no big deal" this is something that I believe is a real problem and that it is hurting our marriage. She turned to me with her big brown eyes begining to water and asked,"Are you going to leave me?" I immediately said, "Honey I would never leave you." and in a flash she was as cool and collected as a lawyer before the bench and said, "Then it can't be much of a problem, can it."
My question is primarily for the ladies, I believe I know what the men will say,,, Ladies,,, did I just blow this? I mean, does a guy have to threaten to go nuclear right out of the gate with something like this?

Well my daughter is 15 months old and has a runny nose, congusted, caughing and keeps playing with her ears like there bothering her or so.. I know for the ear im going to take her to the doctor. I'm making an appt. on Monday for her. But the rest im not sure what is good what i have tried isn't working its called Cold and Allergys, then I changed it to Equate Tussin and it been going on for almost a week and half now.. What should I give her to make her feel better? Until she can see a doctor which im looking for since I just moved.
