How high is to high?

OK my opinion depends
what looks good on you
it doesn't matter how short it is it's how you wear it
do you wear it so it looks nice
since i am tall i go finger tip length
but no butt cheecks showing
probably a good thing would be about 9-11 in off your hip bone
this is a very touchy subject but go with your guts think to your self does this look good does it look like me will my mom approve???

Dresses: I don't wear dresses
Skirts: 3-4 inches above my knees

It depends on the length of your leg. I am tall but I have shortish legs so I can wear "shortish" skirts and not look trashy. But girls with long legs shouldn't wear them too much above the knee in my opinion.

Socially speaking, you should wear them just above your knees, or not at all.
