I am constantly looking at myself, checking out myself, looking for all sorts of mirrors just to see how I look. It's almost every 30 minutes. I am pretty much obssesed with myself or something. The point is I'm never satisfied with my looks, and I always want to change. Girls tell me I'm good looking, but I just want more and better. I feel like I'm good looking, but just not good looking enough. Is there any way to simply stop caring about this kind of stuff. I feel like a teenager or something.

I've been sick for 5 days. It started with flu symptoms and tonsilitis. Then I started feeling sick and yesterday I spent the whole day vomiting. I feel hungry but don't know whether I should eat because my stomach still feels weak and I've had enough of vomiting. I have been with him for three months, and he has practically lived with me - as he has spent everynight staying at my house (which i do a houseshare with other ppl) He has asked me to move in with him (At his mums house-although she is never there) which financially would be very good, and we are always together anyway so it would be the same.

Every time I preform dumbell/barbell rows, I find that my lower back gives in much quicker than my lats would. This really puts down the efficiency of my workout. What kind of exercises would you recommend for me to quickly build up the strength of my lower back, so that I can do rows for much longer?

think they are equal to men? I am sick of seeing them driving around in their 4X4s or powerful cars, vehicles which are meant for men. Girls can drive ninis or Micras, something small and easy to park, although they struggle with them! Women were made to look after men, have and take care of the children, keep the house clean and tidy and have a meal ready on time. Women should never be a boss, they're too unstable. They shouldn't go out getting drunk, it is wrong for women to drink, swear etc. They have no idea about most things, although they talk a hell of a lot more, why use one word when a thousand will do seems to be the princible for most women. Get back in your place girls and the world will be a better place!
