I am constantly looking at myself, checking out myself, looking for all sorts of mirrors just to see how I look. It's almost every 30 minutes. I am pretty much obssesed with myself or something. The point is I'm never satisfied with my looks, and I always want to change. Girls tell me I'm good looking, but I just want more and better. I feel like I'm good looking, but just not good looking enough. Is there any way to simply stop caring about this kind of stuff. I feel like a teenager or something.

Well I hate to admit it but I might need help with this. I figure there might be someone to help me out here. I can probably overcome it with practice.

Dear Mirrors, I have been in a similar situation, But mine was not being able to look in a mirror . Lack of confidence -- Fit's the bill for both situation's - Nice looking comes' from our inside's - and when we realize, we are important - Just as we are and and have more to offer than just looks -- then we can begin to like ourselves - Soon the mirror wont be so important - because our good looks will be coming out , In the other good thing's we'll find we have to offer -- Thanks Mirror's -- What I just wrote is starting to help me to -- Cool - I guess this is a good way of helping each other- and hopefully - others with the same situation -- Thank - you for asking such a honest question !! Keep in touch I might need your help again ! For real ---- Bless you -- My name is Patti

Whoa...dude you're totally obsessed with mirrors! I guess it comes from your insecurities....maybe boost your self-confidence a little. Focus on other things besides looking at yourself in the mirror all the time. Like whenever you feel the urge to check yourself in the mirror, distract yourself with something else. If you can't break the habit and if it's becoming hard to deal with then you might need help. I would hate to think that you need help because I feel that you can take care of this problem on your own, and I hope you overcome it. Good luck and best wishes...

Realize that you'll look the same every time you look in a mirror - but you'll look stupid to whoever is watching you do it.
It's good to think you're attractive, but very unappealing when you think you're so hot you have to check yourself out.
Perhaps everytime you want to look in a mirror, do something productive (give a compliment, do 10 push ups, run an errand) instead.
