If you mean that you are being sexually harrassed, then please report it to your boss. It doesn't matter if sexual harrassment comes from a member of the same sex or the opposite sex, sexual harrassment in the form of unwanted touching, unwanted sexual advances, or even just discussion of one's sexual exploits can be considered sexual harrassment in that it disrupts the work environment. In that case report it to the boss.
On the other hand, if this is merely an objection to another person's lifestyle, well ... what can I say? Being gay isn't against the rules, doesn't affect the work environment, and has no bearing on the individual's ability to do a good job. In which case, we should learn to get along. I mean, if having a gay person in your office is an issue, you could always try to find some ultra-conservative church-based Republican office to work in ... OH, WAIT, I'm sorry. There are gays there too, they're just better at keeping it a secret, aren't they.
My advice: If you're being harrassed, report it. If you're not, learn to live with it, eh?

What kind of insulator? Is he good for 40 volts? 400 volts? I'd hate to see you using the wrong gay insulator and cause a short or something.

The phrase you use is one that I dont know. If you are being harassed, there are laws to protect you from that. They are there for your protection, so USE THEM if you need to.
Talk to your boss about this and see what can be done. Keep going up the line until someone listens.

Dear Friend, First of all you had not mentioned that you are girl or boy. I you are Male & if you are straaight, Just ignor him & suppose if he proposed you than just simply reject him & tell him that you are straight. But if you are close to him and if you can't ingnor or either reject his proposal than you have to take your own dicission. After all in friendship every thing is fair.

Treat him as you would any sexual harassment. Go to someone above and say you are being harassed and you would like it to be stopped. Whether it is coming from a gay, lesbian, woman, man, it's wrong. Don't be embarrassed.
