My father and I have a house together and I moved out and got married. He has rented the house with out my input and is keeping the money from it . He acts like it is his house. The title to this house is in both of our names mine first and his name not and or . I know he cant sell it with out my signature but I wouldnt put it past him to have his g/f sign my name to it. What can I do ?

Ok, I have a small apartment and two cats. One is a big lazy lump and the other one....well....my favorite phrase about him is "what is he into NOW!?"

I put up my Christmas tree this weekend, put it on a 2ft high sturdy table, duct taped the base to the table, and wired the top to the ceiling. I put it in their favorite window so they can look at the lights close without being IN the tree. They can tell that the fake tree branches are not strong enough to support them; I watched them test the branches and then give up.

I have not decorated it yet, and I have not bought anything to decorate it yet. I need help! I already know no tinsel and unbreakable ornaments; small lights are less breakable than large, and to keep the wires in the center of the tree to keep chew temptation down. What I am stuck on is garland. I can’t do ribbon or any of the tinsel like garland. I have also discovered that they like to attack fake flowers… and my Thanksgiving centerpiece suffered. They will obviously eat anything like threaded popcorn or nuts. I can not lock them in another room at any point (again, small place - the bedroom houses a hamster and fish). This is my first Christmas away from home and my first Christmas with Cats – any tips (tree or other) you can give me would be a huge help!

Cause I have been waiting to find a nice black women that would find interest in me but most say I am too nice or they only date dark skinned black men or they say I have intimidating asian eyes. I've been in a long distance relationship for over 5 years (Liverpool/London) and the traveling is getting to me. We see each other most weekends, but I am no longer looking forward to hopping on a busy train every other Friday night. My BF can't leave Liverpool because of his job, I could leave London, but all of my friends and family are here. He says he's happy with our relationship just the way it is.

All of my friends tell me they wouldn't have put up with the LDR for so long. They also tell me that I shouldn't move to Liverpool. I have to admit that though it's a nice place to visit, I really don't think I'd like to live there.

I worry that I will end up with no friends of my own and my work will run out - my getting work relies almost entirely upon me networking with people I've worked with for over 10 years. If I'm not 'around' I fear that I won't be the first one on their mind to hire.

I don't know whether I love my life in London more than I love my boyfriend.

Help?

My son is nearly 12 and does not enjoy his Englilsh lessons. I cannot get him to read much. The little reading he does is in vain as he's not interested in comprehension. I wanted him to get some private lessons, but his class teachers are against it. They say that it is a waste of money. The boy has never been interested in English at all however, he is excelling in maths and enjoyes it immensely. He seems to block every thing to do with English.
I'm awfully desperate, so therefore would be grateful if you can help me.
