The eyebrow is a bony ridge above the eye that protects the eye and bears a tuft of facial hair in most mammals. The main function of the eyebrows is to prevent moisture (mostly sweat and rain) from dripping into the eye (a critical organ). The typical curved shape of the eyebrow (with a slant on the side) and the direction in which eyebrow hairs are pointed, make sure that moisture has a tendency to flow sideways of the eyes, mainly along the side of the head but also along the nose. The protruding brow ridges of modern humans could also still play a role in this process. Eyebrows also prevent debris such as dandruff and other small objects from falling into the eyes, as well as providing a more sensitive sense for detecting objects being near the eye, like insects. Eyebrows also have a facilitary function in communication, strengthening expressions like amazement or anger.

Lice and dandruff are not even sort of related, other than that they're both on your scalp. You have to catch lice from someone who has it. Using Head and Shoulders will do nothing at all to prevent lice. Call your hairdresser and tell her you're having a dandruff problem and remind her that you got the perm, and ask her what anti-dandruff shampoo you could use. You might be able to use a more natural/gentler brand that she knows of. Dandruff can be caused by either an oily scalp or a dry scalp. There are different types of dandruff, needing different treatments. Lice is the plural form of louse, it's a bug that calls hair home.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/33c02

Maybe because there isn't as much hair in the eyebrow as there is on the head and therefore the skin under the eyebrow can breath better than the skin under your head of hear. because the skin under the hair on your head can't breath so sweats (AKA oil).
Just my thought!

Good question, I just put it down to the fact we wash our faces a few times a day and that keeps them clean and grease free.
