I've developed this tenancy over the past 4 months or so, where I eat foods that I normally enjoy, but once I swallow (sometimes even before I do) I get that familiar stomach cramp. The one that tells you you're gonna hurl? I've never actually thrown the food back up (yet) but the urge is still there, and I have to repress it. Eating is becoming less and less enjoyable for me.
The only connection I've found between all the foods that I have this problem with is that they all tend to be soft in texture, or mixed with liquid or something. Breakfast cereal, yogurt, soup, pancakes, soft deserts, sometimes meat. I used to love eating these foods, they taste great.
I'm a healthy 18 year old male, 135 pounds. I don't have any major physical or psychological problems (unless you guys think different) I'm doing less than average emotionally in my life right now, and I generally eat pretty healthy.
This isn't the start of bulimia is it?
