When did it start, how long, where in the abdomen, a hard abdomen. No fever, go to a doctor you may have an appendix that's hiding. It may not be showing the normal signs of a ruptured appendix until it's to late. You have to get a urine test and blood sample go to a small hospital ER much quicker.
