My 5 year old daughter was sent home from school this afternoon with a note from her principal saying that she cannot return unless she has on a bra. The note says that she is a distraction to the little boys in gym class and this cannot be tolerated in a good school. Although my daughter is a 38dd, I thought that at 5 she was a little too young to wear a bra. Can the school kick her out for this reason?? Help please!

Schools can keep children from returning to school for any reason that is deemed a distraction until the distraction is eliminated. A five year old with 38DD breasts needs to be examined by an OBGYN to determine if there is a hormonal or other endocrine problem.

My four your old has little blossoms but she does not wear a bra. What exactly is she doing in gym class for the boys to know that she is wearing a bra? Besides the boys are five and they don't know exactly what they are looking at. I would go to the superintendent of schools. If and I mean if she is that size she would need a bra to support her back.

if she need a bra put one on her that would help her to feel better also children can be mean at young ages
for the principal to make the decision to send her home there must be something to it

is she 5 or 15 and you forgot to put the 1 ???? if she is 15 then yes she needs a bra..a bust size that big at 5 ?? highly impossible..i think your 15 yo. needs to be educated on modesty..and so do you...

just send her to school the same way u send your teenage daughter with the weapons. offer to breastfeed her principal maybe that will keep him from sending her home.
