I have a friend at school who has light blonde hair. She keeps saying that "guys prefer blondes, it's scientific!" blah blah. I personally think that natural lighter blondes are ugly cause they have pinky skin and chubby faces and stuff, but everyone at school always sees being blonde as a good thing. What do you think?

This guy comes home from work one day to find his dog with the neighbor's pet rabbit in his mouth. The rabbit is very dead and the guy panics. He thinks the neighbors are going to hate him forever, so he takes the dirty, chewed-up rabbit into the house, gives it a bath, blow-dries its fur, and puts the rabbit back into the cage at the neighbor's house, hoping that they will think it died of natural causes. A few days later, the neighbor is outside and asks the guy, "Did you hear that Fluffy died?" The guy stumbles around and says, "Um.. no.. um.. what happened?" The neighbor replies, "We just found him dead in his cage one day, but the weird thing is that the day after we buried him we went outside and someone had dug him up, gave him a bath and put him back into the cage. There must be some real sick people out there

I know of a little girl whose mom is dead and the father adandoned her. She lives with cousins now but they really can't adopt her, eventhough they want to, because they have a very unstable home life. I was wanting to adopt the kid for them that way the little girl didn't have to go to a foster home or someplace worse. I know i'm in the military, but is this a possiblity for me to do and if so, how would i do it?

When i ride four wheelers most of the time i have to ride and not drive because some of the places and to skinny for me. The person who i ride with tries to do thing i dont like. He will go up hills that are really steep and i will tell him to stop but he wont listen so what should i do? How could i make him or her listen to me?

I was fooling around with my girlfriend about two weeks ago and 2 days ago she tells me that she's late having her period and now we're both worried that she's pregnant. We've never had sex, so could it theoretically be possible that i touch my penis and get some sperm on my hand from the precum, then touch her and the sperm impregnates her?

Was Jesus Born in December?

THE Bible does not tell us when Jesus was born. However, it does give us sound reason to conclude that his birth did not take place in December.

Consider the weather conditions at that time of the year in Bethlehem, where Jesus was born. The Jewish month of Chislev (corresponding to November/December) was a month with cold and rainy weather. The month after that was Tebeth (December/January). It saw the lowest temperatures of the year, with occasional snows in the highlands. Let us see what the Bible tells us about the climate of that region.

The Bible writer Ezra shows that Chislev was indeed a month known for cold and rainy weather. After stating that a crowd had gathered in Jerusalem “in the ninth month [Chislev] on the twentieth day of the month,” Ezra reports that people were “shivering . . . on account of the showers of rain.” Concerning weather conditions at that time of the year, the congregated people themselves said: “It is the season of showers of rain, and it is not possible to stand outside.” (Ezra 10:9, 13; Jeremiah 36:22) No wonder shepherds living in that part of the world made sure that they and their flocks were no longer out of doors at night when December came around!

The Bible reports, however, that shepherds were in the fields tending their flocks on the night of Jesus’ birth. In fact, the Bible writer Luke shows that at that time, shepherds were “living out of doors and keeping watches in the night over their flocks” near Bethlehem. (Luke 2:8-12) Notice that the shepherds were actually living out of doors, not just strolling outside during the day. They had their flocks in the fields at night. Does that description of outdoor living fit the chilly and rainy weather conditions of Bethlehem in December? No, it does not. So the circumstances surrounding Jesus’ birth indicate that he was not born in December.

God’s Word tells us precisely when Jesus died, but it gives little direct indication as to when he was born. This brings to mind King Solomon’s words: “A name is better than good oil, and the day of death than the day of one’s being born.” (Ecclesiastes 7:1) It is not surprising, then, that the Bible provides many details about Jesus’ ministry and death but few details about the time of his birth.
