My guy friend wears a Medium for regular shirts. I wanted to get him a collegiate hoodie sweatshirt he can use when he goes to his tennis practices or jogging. Should i get a Large size?

If he likes loose fitting clothes then the large will work if not get the medium.

If you want him to be comfortable, I'd go with a large. Nothing's more awkward than a guy wearing a sweatshirt that's too small. :]

Large will be way too big. Get him a medium.
