I asked before for a training schedule without using heavy weights, just using my bodyweight, but the answers were that it is impossible. I know many people that go to gyms and use heavy weights to get fit but most of them cannot even handle with their bodyweight. So for those who think you can't get in shape without auxiliar weights please don't answer... I strongly believe you can ... I only need examples of training methods.

Now test is +ve. It is 8 days after the missed period date. We want to abort it. Her doctor day before yesterday (6th day) said that fertilized egg has yet not come to uterus. She has asked us to come on 11th day after missed period date. Kindly advise. My wife's periods have been regular (28 days cycle).

Me and my best friend were talkin about who we like and i told her that I like this guy matt for a very long time and sher said that she dident like anyone but when i asked her the next day she said she like matt aswell. I asked her how long has she liked him and she told me 3 days. That after noon matt's friend dylan and her were walking home because they live near each other and he asked her who she liked n she told him matt and i think that the dylan told matt and now her and him are going to go out with each other but i still like matt alot. when you cannot describe what you really want to do. I am over 50 and have no ideal what I want to do. I know that I do not want a boring job in an office. I enjoy making greeting cards, photography and I have thought about going to school for hair stylist, massage, driving a 18 wheeler, teacher, real estate lic., plumber. I need soemthing exciting.
I want something that I can make good money and not work 60 and 80 hours a week. I know there is not an easy solution.

I'm doing dreams in A-Level Psychology and because of my dream last night I began to think which theory did i think was most right.

These are two psychological theories.

Freud- Believed our personality is made up of three parts theID,Ego and the superego. Dreaming comes from the ID which is assosiated with our impulses wishes and fantasies. These wishesare unnacceptable to the adult mind and 'like sleeping with someone elses wife as a fantasy. So we represse them So we act out our desires and dreams in our dreams.

Or Cartwright whose theory was that dreams have symbols that convey our real concerns. That dreams are used for problem solving and when we sleep on things thats why they become clearer when we wake up.

My question is which do you think is more likely and in relation to my dream. Or if you know another theory i'd like to hear it.

I'm curious why people hate the U.S , No wait! I'm curious why people hate our president and call him an idiot. Last I checked an idiot had a very low IQ , and George W. Bush doesn't have a low IQ. That just proves how immature people are. I Don't really understand it , You don't hear /see americans calling the Leader of France a moron , if he/she does some thing wrong , do you? No you don't.

I don't see the point. People call americans idiots to. We were the first humans to ever land on the moon and we're idiots? Wow where have I been? We invented most of the things you're on right now. MAC and Microsoft are american corporation and I'm sure you're on a computer that uses either one of those OS.

America , hm..You know at school when their is a bully , picking on some one? and the student that gets picked on goes to tell another student about it? to protect them? Yeah that's america.

We get help aswell. But we're the country that protects most the countries , to be honest.

I have had this dream so many times. Does it mean I want attention of some kind? I am in Parliament Square and there are lots of people there wearing dark clothing and there seems to be some sort of tension but I dont know what. Everyone seems to be looking to go somewhere safe and I am standing in white clothes (I think its a jacket ...but its winter apparrel) and someone is telling me to go to my office which is supposed to be round the corner and I am saying "I know its round the corner but I dont know how to get there" I did work in a Government building when I was very very young and I cantunderstand why I keep going to that area in my dreams.
