I asked before for a training schedule without using heavy weights, just using my bodyweight, but the answers were that it is impossible. I know many people that go to gyms and use heavy weights to get fit but most of them cannot even handle with their bodyweight. So for those who think you can't get in shape without auxiliar weights please don't answer... I strongly believe you can ... I only need examples of training methods.
Thanks!

Here a couple of workouts that don't use any weights (other than bodyweight) or special machines. Both will give you strength and endurance, but neither will give you a lot of bulk. For that, you do need to lift heavy weights.

Don't rule out weights completely. You can get a set of dumbbells (the kind you manually add and remove plates) very inexpensively. You don't even need a bench. Get a swiss ball to use instead. You're not going to get huge, but you can still get in good shape with these.

Please don't immediately discount the use of weights as part of a fitness program. While it is true that cardiovascular training (running, cross training, pilates, aerobics) is a sound cornerstone for fitness and weight loss, strength training is also important. Cardiovascular training burns fat while the exercise is in motion (and also increases metabolism to burn more fat), but solid muscle burns fat all the time, even when you sleep!

Strength training is important, but it need not be done with heavy weights at first. In fact, most strength training programs start out with light weights, progressing to heavier weights as your body grows used to the exercise. Consult the personal trainer at your local gym to find a program right for you.
