Da fish is green & black and it jumps hard and a fast. When I catch it first time, it was on a rettle trep. I also try de mepps but i lose meny of dem. What i do is i leave de bate and wait for an hour befor taking in line. de fish bite when i was tking in de line for sum reason. dis is strenge. also, wat is de name of dis fish, i think its called bing bing or sumting but oder peepol sey it is crass or sumting end oders say dis ist picolo. ken yu help me. i live in sum place caled noksville nere de nashevill.

We have a cute two bedroom home that we rent out. It is on a large piece of land and very beautiful. All of the previous tenants we have had have cared for it like their own and all have stayed with us for more than 3 years but...the last family that just left trashed the place, they were only here for 3 months. They left behind at least two truck loads of garbage, junk all over the land. They removed the shower head and took it, closet shelves and hanger rods...even the toilet paper holder. The broke a window and replaced it with plastic, took down shelves and damaged the walls by doing so, all of the closet doors are off. When they painted they painted the windows (sheesh!)
I do not have a forwarding address or phone # but I'm sure I can track them down. What are my legal options here? I have never had anyone treat our property so badly and what makes them think they have the right to remove permenant fixtures for their own.
I am very angry and dissapointed.
Any ideas

I've been riding motorbikes for many years, offroad and superbikes. Doing simple wheelies with scramblers is easy, but I have never learned to wheelie a superbike. I ride a GSXR-1000, and desperately want to learn to wheelie. The guys from Michelin superbike school at Kyalami (and other riding schools) don't want to do that, even though I'm wiling to pay for proper training. I'm over 40, and ride very well otherwise, I'm just too scared to drop the bike etc... I'm in Kempton Park. Please advise on where to go for training or help with this
