I make these for my boyfriend all the time, he loves them.... It's the Kraft no flour peanut butter cookies recipe...It's actually on the back of some of the jars....Very quick and easy...

Pre-heat oven to 325F

1 cup peanut butter
1egg
1/2 cup sugar
Chocolat chips, nuts, raisins...optional
Mix ingredients together and shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with a fork until 1/2 inch thick.

Bake for 13-15 minutes. Do NOT overbake.

After you mix the dough, let it sit for like 10 minutes...I find it easier to handle that way. If the fork sticks to the cookie after you press it down, use a little flour on the fork. Enjoy!

I have found a nice one for almond biscuits which only has 4 ingredients (margarine, sugar, flour and ground almonds). It looks really easy to cook too. See below for link to the recipe.
