That's a new one! Never heard it before. Don't believe it. How can sleep have a bad effect on the brain when we all need sleep?

I have never heard that, many people have different sleeping schedules. I have heard it's important to get at least 6 - 8 hours of sleep in one time frame.
Hope this helps.

Never heard this stuff before. I just know that it is best to go to bed around 11.00 p.m at the latest. After midnight your body does not restore itself as good. Do not believe all the non sense you hear.

NO - that is ridiculous. A good sleep pattern is what you need it does not matter what time so long as you get good, regular sleep.

That's pure superstition.
