I have had to deal with this too! It is hell.
I have found that my reasoning and knowledge is more advanced then those I have tried to confide in and so the answer is.... you must be strong by staying true to yourself and who you are. Make changes when You KNOW you are right and live by that!
Stay cheerful around others becuase some people will use your depression against you and in the end it wil only add to, or multiply your depression.
Invision yourself confident and walk with that confidence. Get some excersize to! It always helps when you feel good and healthy! Take care!

Go out and join a group that you are nterested in. Find a hobby and go outside at least 30n min a day. Lack of sunshine triggers depression. Set goals and achieve them and make yourself do something crazy and new each day. Even when you don't feel like going forward just force yourself and you'll do great!
