what's your theory behind this?

this was my first time meeting her, but we have know him since my husband and him were in basic. tonight at dinner she kept telling racist jokes, and when she was in the kitchen helping me cook, she said "i tink i'll go in the living room with the boys, your people have many year expierence in this field. i had to apologize to the other eight people here tonight for her behaviour.

My car is 96 chevy prism. Especially in the winter, my car is very noisy (I think it's from somewhere further than glove compartment, I assume that it's the engine) until it gets warm and usually it takes 20-30 mins. when I wait for traffic light, even passers-by can recognize the noise. In the summer it's totally o.k .
Do I have to do something? Thanks!

my mum and dad where divorced but my dad came back to support us children (4 of us), i always knew he was dreadfully unhappy but he never left. we even told him we wanted to see him happy rather than be stuck with my mum who never let up on him.my mum begged him back cos she couldnt cope with us.my mum used him for his money and im very bitter of the way she treated him.but im angry that my dad put up with her when he knew he had our backing? why do people do it to themselves

betrayal was overwhelming.But every once in a while he'd hear an internal reassuring voice say 'Dave don't worry about it. The only thing that the IRS has not yet taxed is the male penis. This is due to the fact that 40% of the time it is hanging around unemlpoyed, 30% of the time it is hard up, 20% of the time it is pissed off and 10% of the time it is in the hole. On top of that, it has two dependents and they are both nuts.

Effective January 1st, 2004 your penis will be taxed according to size. The brackets are as follows:

10"- 12" Luxury Tax..........$30.00
8"- 10" Pole Tax.............$25.00
5"- 8" Privilege Tax.........$15.00
4"- 5" Nuisance Tax..........$3.00

Males exceeding 12" must file under capital gains. Anyone under 4" is eligible for a refund. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN EXTENSION!!!

Are there any laws that prohibit him from profitting on this book? Can the contents of the book be used to prove he did it, and is there any way he can still be prosecuted for anything? I know the double jeapardy law, but is there any lesser crime that he could still be charged with?

I've read some articles on the web about how people get turned down for jobs (or lose their jobs) because of finding certain things on the myspace or other profiles of a candidate / employee. For example, finding out things that make the candidate or employee seem immature in some way.

So...my question is...

What if you have a myspace or some other social networking profile, and you keep it clean (image and text-wise)...will employers not be bothered by it? Or is it partly that having a profile on a social networking site is just generally looked down on?

Iam contemplating on leaving college for a full time job...i don't get any money at the moment but college bursary is giving me £200 a month.

Theres a girl in one of my classes that really shows me a lot of attention. She asked me to sit next to her one day and I decided to stay there. She has flirted with me a few times and seems to constantly smile at me and stare me in to the eye. When we have conversations she constantly taps my shoulder or some kind of physical touch. Some times I am doing work and I can see from the corner of my eye she is staring at me and sometimes I look at her and she is infact staring at me and she gives me a smile that makes me turn away myself. Some days she gives no interest i me while some days I seem to be someone that she knows quite well. She notices my physical appearance as well, I rarely get any sleep and she seems to notice the lack of sleep under my eyes. When I had a chance to sleep for about a week a lot of the black went away and she noticed it This seems to be a lot of signs that she does in fact like me but I found out she already has a boyfriend, This is really confusing me.
