Not much to be honest. A dab of pepper. A pinch of salt. Heck! Throw some Adobo in the mix. This is crazy but... one of my best gal friends puts hot sauce on her corn. She says it is really good, but i have not tried it. You can also put in red pepper, garlic, basil, chopped or diced( which ever way you look at it) and be crazy if you want ... add some wine! I would'nt go too far out with this because shurly you don't want everyone saying the corn was the best, and have all the compliments took from the turkey! Personally I would just drain all the juice and add some butter, but it's your dish so have fun with it! Happy Turkey Day!

Bacon crumbles, a tiny bit of minced onion sauteed in a smidgen of the bacon drippings, and salt & pepper. I'd heat the corn with the liquid it's packed in, then drain the liquid and add the above.

Butter, a little garlic, salt and pepper, and some diced red bell pepper. And a little chopped green onion and parsley or cilantro for garnish. It'll be like confetti corn!

I always add a pinch of sugar, little salt and pepper and lots of butter, plus I drain most of the water (juice) off.
