Revelation 14:7 states that the judgment is taking place at the same time as the gospel is being preached to the whole world. Daniel 7:10 places the judgment during the reign of the antichrist. Revelation 16:1-4 describes the 7 last plagues falling on the unrighteous. In verse 5 the angel tell God how just he is. How would they know the God is just in sending these last plagues unless the judgment has already happened? The Bible is clear. Every person's name will come up in judgment. For Christians, Christ stands in their place in a judgment that is going on in heaven right now. All true Christians will be judged favorably. When Christ comes again, His reward is with Him to give to the righteous who have trusted in His name for salvation.

The judgment of the wicked does not take place until after the millenium. To Christians, the judgment is good news.

I am sorry but please get on with you life and be happy show your family and friends you have love for them. Do not live your life waiting for an event which may never happen. Religion has caused far too much fighting and suffering through out the world and they are suppossedly constantly prepared for the 2 nd coming whatever that means. If you hope to meet Jesus face to face then I would try and visit a medium then you might make contact cause he isnt going to come back on this earth. The bible was a very good book of stories written by many people and if it was written today it would probably get an award for top fiction. Advances in science can be used to explain the events that happened in the bible.

Well in that case let me type this quickly before we all
go up in a ball of fire.

I checked my calendar here on the kitchen wall. There
were no indications that Judgement Day is scheduled for
anytime this year or next. So at least me, and the folks
that printed this calendar plan to stick around for a bit longer.
I recommend that you get a shoe box and pick out a really
attractive corner somewhere near your house. Go there
and speak your words of wisdom in a loud voice.

Yeah right, there is going to be no judgment day, and humans will be around a lot longer that Christians think. Faith will not save you from an accident right? I go by proof, not a fictional book. The only faith I have is in my wife.
Now, watch how many thumbs down I get for rational thinking instead of believing in ghosts.

Well, Rodney, I can appreciate that the concern you must feel for your fellow man has prompted you to ask this, but I must remain, in my Acedic ways, skeptical of "Judgement Day". I, along with my Acedic, Atheist, Creationist, Scientologist, etc., brethren, do NOT believe in God and, therefore, the thought of "standing before him/her/it" does NOT scare us, as the though of "heaven" or "hell", ALSO do NOT effect us either way. We believe in people, plants, amphibians, fish, other mammals, rocks, pond scum, in short everything we can see with our eyes, touch with our hands, smell with our noses, hear with our ears, and taste with our tongues (preferrably cooked). Everything TANGIBLE in the literal sense, not in the metaphorical sense. Now, should we be proven wrong and I ended up standing before a deity of sorts, whether it be God or Allah or Kami or whoever, I would still not be worried. Everyone has regrets in their lives, I'm no different, but I am also quite satisfied thus far with how I've lived my life and will always remain unconcerned as to my "fate" after I expire. I honestly don't feel the need to be "justified" or "accepted" or anything like that by any person or deity. I am who and what I am and I am cool with that. Can you say the same?

Yes I'm ready.

Keep sharing the gospel. Don't be intimidated by mockers and scoffers.

If you get saved by a Baptist bishop you get a free pass on Judgment Day.
