I have 3 daughters and we all sleep in the same room. We live in a jonit family and have only one room to ourselves. Anyways, we have a bunk bed where my elder ones, age 6 and 3 sleep and the little one is put to the side besides us (age 2.5). Now, how do I get them to sleep.

They can lie there for 2 hrs doing nothing but not sleeping either. IThey even know their deadline of sleeping till 10:00 pm. They only sleep when I loose my temper and say such harsh words with a thundering voice. This has been the routine for the last couple of months.

Can anyone help us out.. coz now I am fedup of this routine. When we lie them to sleep, there is no TV or music or any other disattraction. The only noise in the room is the chatting of me and my wife. Well..we don't have any other place other than our room to be in harmony.

An employee gets a verbal and written warning for sleeping on the job and 3 months later is still sleeping on the job, we're talking anywhere from 10 min. to 1 hour at a time. Employee get fired, stating she had three months to get it straightened (employee said it had to do with medicine which makes her fall a sleep and now she is applying for unemployment . I FEEL THIS IS MISCONDUCT AND SHE SHOULD NOT BE ENTITLED TO UNMEPLOYMENT

I'm writing a Harry Potter fanfic right now and would like to have a beta reader who doesn't know me personally, hasn't read my work before, etc.

You have to --
Have a working knowledge of Harry Potter-verse. (Have read all the books, etc., maybe visit the hp-lexicon, etc. You know, nerdy about this kinda thing)

Have above average proofreading skills - know how to see mistakes while you read, etc.

I would prefer someone who speaks English as his or her first language, please. No offence :)

Be accepting of someone who writes out of cannon, including ships that aren't mainstream. The story I am working on now is Snape/Hermione (NO FLAMING PLEASE, she's in her twenties in the story)

Have email (duh)

Swear not to steal the story ;)

Understand this isn't a paying job, just me, looking for a critique and a little help. You'd be like my unpaid editor. ^_^

After 16years of marriage and with 4 kids i'm finding it impossible to stop thinking of ways to sort out our differences. he changes his mind like corn in the breeze, but when we are together it's good. things are at an all time low, he's not seeing the kids (or paying), refusing to communicate and generally being a git. i don't want to carry on like this and thats when i start fantasizing about us getting it back together.

We have been married three years and when we first married she couldn't keep her hands off of me.We were at it as many hours in the day as you could possibly be and did so many things that neither of us had ever tried and had a tremendous sex life.We have children but they are grown and really don't have any problems getting along.We enjoy each others company but if I never approached her for sex I don't think we would ever have it again and she would be perfetly happy.I haven't changed in any way nor any major circumstances and i have asked her straght many times what the problem was ,and her answer has been Im waiting on you to make the first move.I told her millions of times not to wait and it doesnt seem to help.i even reminded her of how she was the first part of our marriage and she says she doesnt remember.Its not like she doen't know how I feel so what should I do?

I am a Journalist by profession, but I am no longer as mobile as before. I would like take on general transcription as a full-time homebased job. I am a published writer and editor, a good speller, and a fast touch typist, equipped with a fast broadband internet connection and foot pedal. More importantly, I am trained to meet deadlines. I am also willing to take on trial assignments to prove my mettle, but I just can't find a way to break into the transcription business. Can someone help?
