This is a question, that has played on my mind for a while now. In the UK, we have taxes, as you all know, they pay for equipment (i.e. medicines, hospital supplies etc.), people doing services (paramedics, firemen, etc.) and they pay for unemployed people to sit on their backside all day doing nothing, but you pay for your healthcare in advance, that's what the NHS is for, but people who come over to the UK looking to have babies/abortions/treatment anger me because many Africans who I know say they are too poor to get treatment back home, but is that our problem? We provide more money to the world than the US does and they still come over here looking to get a nice flat and free treatment for their HIV or AIDS, which they have not paid in for like the rest of Brits have. This is unfair because citizens of this country should get first choice on housing and should be put before foreigners! When we go abroad, we have to pay for healthcare..why should they get it for free??

Long story short, I have been with my bf now for over 3 years (and 2 years prior to this) and we've moved in together about 3 months ago. I love him and he loves me but our sex life sucks. This has been an ongoing issue for a very long time now and I'm fed up.

He thinks I have an overactive sex drive and that he is normal but I assure you, it's not. He has rejected me time and time again and I've tried everything. From sitting down and talking with him to putting the moves on him and even trying very open minded things.

Now, recently I've told him that if our sex life didn't improve that I would leave him. So you would think that he'd been pulling in overtime trying to please me but it's the opposite. He hasn't changed anything at all.

My self esteem is completely shot down. I have not changed in appearance and I know he is not cheating on me. So I'm at the end of my rope. Any suggestions as to what to do or even why he is being like this would help. Thanks.

18 months ago I hurt myself at work. A CT scan was done and was found to have 2 protruding discs...One in my thorasic spine and one in my lumbar spine. I was in a lot of pain and have been on heavy pain killers since. A month ago another CT Scan was done and it came back there were no protruding discs. This confused me because I was still in pain. I am still working but can only manage to get through my shifts by taking painkillers. I went off my painkillers after I got the results of the second CT Scan because I thought it could be psychosematic. Two hours into my shift I was in terrible pain and not just at the site of the injury anymore, but the pain was worse and over a larger area. I had to lay on the floor to get relief. Could the second CT Scan be wrong. The first CT Scan I went for suggested an MRI Scan should be done as the protruding disc was indenting my thecal sac. No MRI was done. What do you think is and has happened. Any advice is appreciated.

f the doctor couldnt find your babys hearbeat at what you thought was 8 weeks pregnant but they said the fetus is only the size of a 6 week and you have to go back in 10 days would you be concerned or could this be that the heart is undetectable at the moment?

I've liked this boy i've known since freshman year in high school and im now a senior in high school. I didn't know he liked me even though he would put himself out there. He knew i liked him though...but anyway everyone in my school knew we liked eachother during our freshman year he had a girlfriend that i didn't know about, they were on and off in their relationship. We would talk do things like go to the movies, go out to dinner , and just chill together. He's been over my house a few times and he even came to my house for Easter dinner.During that time he had a girlfriend and im thinking to my self why isn't he with her? he would also say things like he imagines what it would be like if he was with me and he wants to be with me but he can't break up with his girlfriend because he doesn't want to hurt her they've been together for 6 years now. I still like him but is he with his girl just because he doesn't want to hurt her ? and does anyone think we have a chance together?

My husband and I are thinking to get a new home in San Diego,Ca, there are so many types of mortgages that can be confusing, we don't know which mortgage is better.
Our credit scores is in the700's, but have one problem no money for closing cost or down payment. I'm not sure if the builder (we are looking at new homes) be willing to work with us.

I have been with this company for 4 months now and I am 5 months pregnant... which I did not know when I was hired. This is one of the best places I know for being an understanding type place- atleast what I can tell so far. They pay health insurance premiums 100%, I'm getting temporary disability during my maternity leave- 2/3 salary paid while I'm gone, and they seem to be very understandable with my doctor's appointments and such. I feel like they are doing so much for me already- but here's what I've been thinking.... I am diabetic and this is my third child. The first two came early, mostly from pushing myself too hard toward the end. The kind of work I do can be done from home with the proper computer programs and a decent computer / laptop. Would it be asking too much if I asked them to loan me a laptop and let me consult from home- starting like 4 weeks from my due date to the end of my leave? I'm afraid of being told no and being let down- need some input!! THANKS!

i live with my parents and there r some rules they dont want me talking when i'm supposed to be asleep. i had got in truble with my parent cus i talked late at night with my girlfriend, so i got my phone banned after hours. so i decided to get another phone i had it for 3 months now. my parents found it saturday. they told me i went behind ther back an i need a punishment. so they want to keep me away from my girlfriend for a week. so i was ready to leave. i had told my girlfriend whats going to happen she thinks they dont want us together i have an engagement ring i was to give her on wednesday. now i cant cus my parents are to strict. i'm not sure if she wants to be with me anymore i know deep in her heart she want to get engaged but im not sure. i dont know if she want to still be with me after this? she said my parents are trying to control our relationship. she said she loves me and want to be with me forever. my parents sometime want me to decide if it them or her. i want both.
