Can people get Demodectic Mange?
Yes, but not from dogs. Demodex mites are host specific.

Red Mange is also called demodectic mange.
As far as I know it is NOT transmitted to humans like other forms of manage are, I left a link that i hope helps you

As far as i Know not as sickness, but it can cause some kind of reactive itching.
