Unfortunately, I am in the same boat. Except with me, it's EVERY time I eat that I feel this way. I've been to the doctor, and they've told me that there's nothing wrong with me, but I know better. It's not right for a person to have to sit still and not talk because they feel they'll get sick after they've just ate. It sucks, I know. If you find something that works for you, please, please email me. Thanks.

Your body is going through quite a change after you eat. It has to take care of all that food you ate. I can't give you a detailed report of everything but. Your getting a lot of carbohydrates, proteins etc. some people get the chills after eating. Your liver has to produce the bile for the fats, your stomach, your small intestine. You may have finished your food but, your body is just getting ready.
Don't stuff yourself but, get pleasantly full, eat sensibly, not a lot of sugars or sweets, watch the fats. You shouldn't eat any more red meats than about a card deck size. Watch the pork. Eat more fowl and fish, it's good for the heart. Good Luck
