Things are calm for 5 mins then the JR growls at the GR who puts up with it for a while then growls back. Then all Hell breaks loose & I have to put them in separate rooms. Has anyone got any advice please?!

I am an asian womon in my 30's & my mom is still controlling me. In my culture we have arranged marriages. For the past 10 years my mom has tried to force me to marry men whom I hardly even knew. Some had really bad habbits & my mom said that they would change after I marry them. One guy freaked out because she even tried to fix my wedding date & where & when I should marry him even before met the guy. I was so disapointed with everything & gave up on finding a man. But out of the blue I met a wonderful man on my own & fell in love. Now we are engaged to be married & mom still is trying to interfear in our wedding plans. She even told me who should be my briedsmaid, what color of flower I should have in my cake, who should be my witness, how many should attend my wedding. My fiance & I are paying for our own wedding & planning it too. She got pretty upset with me last week about my wedding. Now we are ok. She wants a ring bearer when we said the best man will hand out the ring.

my ex bf, we work together and i though i was over him, but i am not! he's back with his old ex now, and he says he is in love with her... I would really love to have him back....i ask but he says that there;s no point!!!

i love talking to him, but cant stand it when he has "love you suuss'' on his msn.. breaks my heart every time..

i want him back so i though that if we could just be really good friends he could she he still likes me, but i dont think i can stand one more ' i love u suus'' stuff!!!

i know i cant make him love me :(

We already had decided on a few importnt things for our research.We are going to use rabbits as our test animal. We are going to compare two groups using a paired t-test.
Each group is composed of 8 rabbits. Here is the flow of our procedure...acclimatize rabbits for 3 days, then get baseline cholesterol level of both groups.next, we are going to fed the 2 groups with pellets coated with lard inorder to increase their serum cholesterol level.Then get the cholesterol level(pre-test). Then for four weeks, we will treat the experimental group with geen tea while the control group for simvastatin which is a cholesterol lowering drug and then compare the result(post-test).

How are we going to compute for the sample size?

How will it differ if were are going to do these just by using 3 rabbits for each group?Or is that possible?

theres was a death in our family and a painting was given as a gift to the grieving family, I ve seen that moment of time before, same people same painting I was so sure that I asked the man why he gave them the same painting twice, he explained he didn't the next day I asked the family if they had recieved it before they said no They never seen it before that day. when the real effects of climate change in europe and USA will be felt? Meaning conditions that people will find it very hard to lead 'normal' lives? I read an article in Time-magazine that said it will be about 50years. Same information was found both, in the EU web pages and USA goverment internet site. Is it really happening so fast and are the governments really acting and reacting this slow to stop it? Apparently it is at the point where we either act now or it will be too late. Is this true?

Ok, so my best friend is a girl (i'm a guy) we are 15 (mature) and have known each other for 2 years. Recently-for about the last two weeks- she has been asking for hugs alot, almost every day, and keeps saying she loves me. She had never done either of these before. But the thing is, she has a boyfriend (16), so I dont know what is up with the hugging etc. all of a sudden. I like her more than a friend and I have to tell her (I will wait till she breaks up with the guy), but I want to know, why might she be getting more touchy so much so quickly? If I am walking her home she puts her arm around me, and the other day I just made the flippant comment; hey, the cat's giving me a back rub, none of ye are that nice (to a group of friends) and she said "I'd give you a back rub". I find this behaviour odd since she has a bf. And whatever you think on the matter, could you try to give reasons, because I am trying to work this out.
