...hes always on the scene, fireman sam, and his engines bright and clean, fireman sam, you can not ignore...sam is the hero next doorrrrrr....

What format is better The X factor or Pop Idol (returning next year)?

I think if Pop idol included some aspects of the X factor and perhaps raise the age limit it would rain supreme.

It already to me is a better programme format, Pop idol was more contestant focused and with the added advantage of Ant and Dec as presenters it was more anjoyable to watch.

I hate the way the X factor judges are more of the centre of attention and vote for them selves. Despite how good the singing was.

Is taking Zoloft on and off repeatedly okay for my health?

Is it okay to do this?

-take Zoloft 2~3 weeks, and after my body gets used to it (my body adjusts to it), stop.
-Take a week break, then again take it for 2~3 weeks, then when my body gets used to it, stop. Repeat this until my body is totally detoxified.

I planning to do this, using Zoloft for its dieharea property, for the detoxification of my body. My docter told me, yes, some people take it for the detoxification just like I am going to do.

But here is the problem; after the Zoloft gets used to my body (my body gets adjusted to it after 3~4 weeks), the good bowel movement stops working.
In other words, the detoxification only happens during the period of my body getting used to the Zoloft. After my body is adjusted to the Zoloft, the detoxification stops.

I still have a little more toxins to flush out of my body.

I have asked if it is okay to do it, but it looks like he does not know it for sure.

What do i do?

i had a misunderstanding with a cousin of mine.We used to be really, really close when we were younger.But, i cant stand her mother(my aunt).I think shes an obnoxious snob.I tried not to show it, coz i like my cousin a lot,but i guess i must have slipped up and made a comment on her mom sometime, i think i may have because of what happened later.
Her mom came to india (they are in switzerland) for another cousins wedding.I wrote an email to her saying that the wedding was very nice and i had fun and it was a nice chance " to see another side to her mother" Now, i didn't mean anything bad OR insulting by saying this, just that it was the first time i had seen her outside the "home environment"(we had to travel together to another city to attend the wedding).Anyways, she never replied to this mail and i didn;t knw y until a yr later when her mother came for a visit and asked What exactly i meant by my mail and i explained it as well as i could.She was like, oh, alright.

How unmarried mixed couples can survive in Dubai?

hi,

I am from the Pilippines and my partner is from Europe. We had been here in DUbai for 4 months now and both of us are now working here. I am married to another person but i couldnt get a divorce since in the philippines it is not allowed. that is why me and my partner couldnt get married. I heard that it is illegal for unmarried couples to live together here in Dubai but it is possible. they say the key to accomplish this is to be discreet since they say police will not check on you unless someone will complain about you. The problem is that since we are a mixed couple it is hard to get unnoticed and everytime we are together whereever we are people stare at us and sometimes in a wierd way. i would deeply appreciate if someone can give us advice. Thanks in advance..

patterns of abuse?

I not only have a pattern of abuse i have the same pattern. I dont know what to do. The first year is lovely, but gradually they stop me seeing my friends and things and then the next year or two is hell. My boyfriend now is doing the same things. even though he doesn't like it, my last boyfriend didn't like doing it either. They control, manipulate, then it gets physical. my first bf made me lose a baby. how to i break the pattern???

Hi, Can a audi pro please tell me what this part is please ?

Hi,

Does anybody know what this part is, I have an audi a3 and had to get a new gearbox over the weekend because the mechanic told me that this part (PIC IN THE URL) was broke..

The image is on the 2nd row with an orange background I think it's a flywheel.

I paid £675.00 to get it sorted as the mechanic told me I needed a new gearbox would this be correct.
