my office chair has 5 legs, a riser, and a tilt back thing. If I lean every so lightly it squeeks! i can't get it to stop. I really would like this fixed.

me and my girlfriend was together for 3 years and 9 months. we broke up 3 months ago. her dad died 2 weeks later. I broke up with her because she told me I didnt matter. I didnt know she meant I didnt matter when shes trying to spend time with her parents. shes 19 years old, Im 23 years old. through out the relationship it was hard for us to see each other because her parents were so strict that we had to sneak to see each other and only was able to talk on the phone 2 days a week. so the anger we got from that would be thrown at each other. but once we realized it we became a better relationship. she says we will never get back together because she felt I wasnt there for her in that stressful time of her dad. I've always been there for her through everything. im her first everything, boyfriend, virginity you name it except for a crush before me. she has a grudge against me, possibly dont like me as a person. my friends say she will come back but i dont know. do you think she will?

Hi, I am trying to lose weight as so many people are and i have made a workout/eating plan that i want to stick to for about 2 weeks to really jumpstart my diet.
My food menu for the day is tea and a granola bar in the morning which comes out to about 140 calories. Lunch consists of 1 of 3 items...it is either tuna, chicken, or a protein supplement and basically dinner is 1 of those same 3 items and i add pretzels or some sort of carb to those high protein meals. I also understand how important fiber is in a healthy diet but cant stand veggies so i include benefiber in my food/drink 3 times daily.
I am basically consuming about 600 calories but a pretty balanced 600. My workout routine consists of about an hour and a half...30 minutes are cardio and the rest of the time is spent on lifting weights at very high reps to keep building muscle. I know the importance of muscle relating to metabolism and that is why i spend so much time on the weights. I drink tons of water and tea.

It's not that i'm not trying, my confidence got crushed and crushed every day, i think i look ok, but i never heard any one called me cute or anything but i heard that some girls think i'm ugly, i'm a nice guy, and i had a crush on like every pretty girl in the school, there was once, i asked this girl out and i got rejected, but i recovered really quickly, when i tried to start a conversation with a girl, they end up losing interested...........idk if i wanna ask any one out any more because i know it will be a "no", am i just not cool enough?
