Everyday i thank dear god for all the gifts he has given : poverty, heart problems, diabetis, blood pressure, failing kidneys, poverty.....then at the end i tell him "wait till I get my hands on you...."

I have recently discovered that my local dunkin donuts uses regular coffee in there espresso drinks (lattes, etc) At another Dunkin Donuts I visit, they use espresso and the taste is incredible whereas the one I frequent is bland and you cannot taste any espresso. It appears to me that they use regular coffee. Not to mention the fact, that when I try to say something, they cannot understand what I am trying to say. (They do not speak/understand English very well) I don't know who to tell. I feel like I am paying for something I am not getting. Please Help!

I’d like you help with this one - I am 45 and divorced and not had a relationship for 2 years. Three weeks ago in London I met a really gorgeous girl (I will call her Jo for this purpose) and we really hit it off well, she’s about 34, never married and works in the City as a “Future Banker Manager” what ever that is, she is every guys dream (believe me guys) but I have a few issues I can’t work out so I will be frank and list them!

1. Why does she act as if we have been friends forever?
2. Why is such a slim, sexy adventurous and beautiful pretty girl not taken?
3. Excuse this one but – why did she sleep with me the first night we met and every time since with enthusiasm and is so easy with it?
4. Should I try not to fall for her just in case it doesn’t work out?
5. I’d really like to make a go of it with her whatever she’s been like before!

I guess I am thinking that it could end as quickly as it started and that she may be just using me and she could get bored in a few Months.

i have noticed a lot of hollywood films in which america comes to the rescue not matter wot the threat.whether it's aliens(independence day) , metior,astriod
(armeghedon),some corrupt leader from some made up country, it allways america that saves our planet, and yet they had to call it stalemate against north korea, lost in vietnam,can't even fight fighters armed with 1060's weapon in iraq. ohh and it was the soviet union who won world war 2 ,the germans admitted that and the world knows,so what film will america make next? save our planet from global warming since u caused it in the first place?

I make lunch for the week ahead of time. I like to buy a bag of frozen boneless chicken breast tenders and need a tasty lowfat way to fix 'em. (I'm happy with brown rice and veggies as a side, just need something different to do with the chicken). I usually saute it with rosemary and white wine or lemon pepper or garlic. i got my six packs since i was 15 y/o.Now, im 19 y/o.I want to define my abs for a rock-solid look.
What should i do?Please dont ask me to do sit-ups and crunches.Im bored of that already.Too easy.I want something that is more energy-demanding exercises.
By the way, my friend ask what is the different does it make if he do sit-ups or the cruches.
