common file opens its blank it just appeared yesterday

run an msconfig....press start...press run...type in msconfig...press ok....look for the startup tab and open it up....then look at all the files etc that open when you start your pc...choose which you want to start up and which you dont...click on apply when you have made your choices and restart your pc...when it restarts you will get a message to say you have run a system configuration....put a tick in the little box and click ok...alls well that ends well

http://www.spywareterminator.com its most likley a virus if just appered this free program is great at getting rid of them and stoping from getting any again.

i would run adaware (one of the best spyware removers) or spybot and see if it picks up anything.
i would also do a full scan with your anti-virus up todate.

Windows defender is also a good anti-spyware/malware tool and can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx

download a good antispyware update it and your antivirus and run them in safe mode
