It's like this, I just started EXCEL gym(sp?) in my school and we just started doing really hard warm-ups,jogging for 10minutes a day,lifting weights,etc. I already consider myself a weakling because I never benchedlifted before and 2days ago I discovered I can only lift the bar up and down 3times. But by the end of the day I managed to attach 2.5 per side of the bar up and down.
BUT ANYWAYS,for the past 2days though I have huge cramps on my thighs, the front of them. They hurt whenever I walk and everything. Ovisally it's the weekend so should I still excersize even though my thighs hurt and arms hurt also.
By the way I am 5ft 5inches tall,16years old,and I weigh 110lbs. If that info was needed.
