It is what the main character, Bart, used blow himself up with at the end of Stephen King's novel "Roadwork." It is said, in the novel, to have sixty times the explosive force of dynamite and it can only be set off with a strong electrical charge. I can’t find any thing about it, so it must be just made up, right? If you could confirm or contradict this assumption it would be greatly appreciated.

Let's make a long story short.I am invited to a party friday. seven kids will be there. And they plan on drinking,smoking,doing pot.i was thinking of going, not planning to do any of those things of course cause they are bad for your health, but anyway...
The guy that planned and invited me to the party is good friend of mine, even though he does lots of stupid stuff. But today he beat up my brother, who is two years younger than him! and he made my brother cry! The other guy who beat up my bro 4 no particular reason is gonna be there (at the party) too
O.K. of course i'm not going after this BUT my mom asked me 4 the phone number of the bullies and I gave them to her and she talked to them. i have no idea how i'm gonna face them tomorrow because they will know i gave my mom their phone numbers....HELP! They will hate me forever...

Have you ever asked yourself "Who am I" and "what I am doing here" ? I asked myself a couple of times but could not find the answer. Please take your time in answering. HELP!!! I am in a seriously bad situation. I missed 4 years of high school and missed ALL the work/got VERY behind in it all.I got G grades in my GCSE exams as a consequence (apart from D/C in English) I am really scared. also...my parents don't look after me properly...I don't have a clue how to catch a bus,how to use a washing machine,cook, etc...because no-one ever has or will teach me. I am practically a cripple.
Hw can I fix my education? I am really scared. I have tried looking at GCSE courses in college...but I have a problem in that I wouldnt have a clue how to put a programme of GCSEs together....also the curses only cover work from the last two years of high school..so how on earth can I possibly understand the courses ?(since I missed years of work/about 4 years of high school/not just 2 years)
I'm scared. even if I did manage to find a way to do the GCSEs......how would I learn what a cv was (no-one at home will help) or how to learn to cook, or basic skills.HELP!!!

Would anybody know how I would find history on my surname, I have tried in the past to google my name for any information, but of course it being a common english word as well as my surname it brings up to many to search through. i'm not lazy or dumb and i don't usually dislike doing schoolwork, i just seem to find it hard to put away time to get my schoolwork done. and whenever i do have spare time, i just cant seem to pull myself away from the television / computer / whatever other thing i can do to avoid doing schoolwork. i always end up doing my assignments the night before they're due and it's not a good system. what do you tell yourself when you have to get up and do the things you don't particularly want to do?

One of my cats sits directly on our radiator (when it's on!) as the radiator has a flat box top. She gets very warm. Is this bad for cats? I remember being told as a child not to sit on the radiator but can't remember why it was bad for you. Does anyone else's cat do this?

I had an injury from grappling years ago. Went to hsptl but they couldn't find anything. Knees always hurt after that but not to the point I couldn't participate in sports. This last summer I fell off of a platform about 7 feet high and landed on my knee caps. I got medical treatment but all they told me was that I had tight quads and to go to physical therapy. I did for 3mos and nothing helped. They tried to balance my hips out but couldn't. Finally I had x-rays and still orthopedic dr. couldn't find anything,said i need an MRI but costs like 2K! (I am a student). My knee really hurts now all the time- especially when sitting with leg bent even a little. Pain is under knee cap at center in middle. It hurts to walk, (almost limping) & feels like my knee is going to give or lock when I'm going down stairs. I have to keep leg straight 2 avoid pain. No swelling at anytime. I feel I will not be able to be active again , knee just hurts too bad. What can i do? Thank you 4 helping me!
