i am 100precent sure im depressed. i have many symptoms of hyperthyroidism but im not sure if that is what is causing my depression. iv been told hyperthyroidism would make me "sleepy or indiffrent to life" but im not only that, i have other symptoms of depression also that arent listed as symptoms of hyperthyroidism. although, one of the listed symptoms of hyperthyroidism is "depression" im not exactly sure what it means in that context.

When I click on the application file a popup opens with the option for me to PATCH or RESTORE and I have to find e4.exe, but all that's in my folder is the application file and the readme below:

1) put the patch into the program directory.
2) lauch the patch and click "patch".
3) select e4.exe ...
4) program now will run.

Does anybody know what I need to do to get this to work? Please help!!

its about me and my fiancee. he has been my best friend for a long time now before we decided to tie the knot . he was always very loyal and faithful to me and no one in my familly or friends can ever think wrong about him. he is in merchant navy. now my problem is that he was about to board his ship from a country recently (spain). i saw in his mobile a website . and to my shock it was a dating site for spain and it was seen the day next to which he was supposed to take his ship. is he bluffing me and dating people on my back ? all in all mariners are known for stuff like this.should i ask him directly? or how should i know?

I recently bought a bracelet that has black beads and metal squares on it.
I wore it the whole day and forgot to take it off at night and when I woke up, my arm was green where the metal was and my wrist was itchy and bumpy for a day or two. The bumps resmbled little bug bites, but I know it was from the bracelet.

Does anyone know what is up with my reaction to the bracelet and what I can do?

I *know* that I am either a lesbian or bi-sexual. I have told a few people but do not dare to share it with everyone because Im scared. I have been broken down since I was a child...going through things you would not believe...dealing with peoples cruel judgments...in situations where I was innocent so im scared to deal with more from society because Im sick of getting hurt when I am such a nice person....especially over things I cant help like this situation. I tried to change myself....Ive tried but its just not happening ... this is natural for me...I dont know what to do though....i want to be open and live comfortably but Im scared....I know people are going to post mean answers...and just to say ahead of time...its people like that who make me so scared...and ashamed...im so depressed over this...although I do feel like people wouldnt take it as harsh as it may seem, and in my case, see it as ''sexy'' but im still scared. Really scared and sad.any advice?
