Well, juice really is not that healthy for any person of any age. It is basically just sugar--empty calories, and not of very much nutritional value. No cow's milk until at least one year old. However if you must give your daughter juice here is a good link for more information:

Keep in mind, that fruit juice has been linked to childhood obesity:

For milk I would wait till at least a year maybe even longer. The proteins are really tough for their little bodies to break down so the longer you wait the better on that one. If its too early, you'll know it because they will have some crazy diahrea going on!
As for juice, I try to stay away from most juice other that orange juice. Its just so full of sugar that you are better off giving them an actual fruit to eat. There just really isn't that much nutritional value to juices.
Water however is very important to growing babies and children. If you want to change it up a bit, I like to add Emergen-C: Kids Multi-Vitamin. It changes it to a fizzy drink that my kids think is soda, but actually is good for them!
Also make sure you switch her to a sippy cup between 12-18 months. This will keep her teeth more healthy!

Baby needs only breastmilk for the first year, with perhaps some supplemental water added in the second year.
She will never turn into a calf, so cow's milk is never needed.
Juice should be considered a treat as it is mostly sugar (yes, even %100 juice is full of fruit sugars which still rot teeth and fiddle with insulin levels). Whole fruits at least have fiber going for them.
My 21 month-old eats many foods, but rarely drinks juice and much prefers mama milk and water. Sometimes he will drink ricemilk or soymilk, but I consider those just a step above juice and limit them accordingly.

Always discuss this with your dr or nutritionalist. But usually water at about 3 mos and juice between 4-5 mos (this being infant juice mixed half water and half juice) Cow's milk at 12 mos and you can introduce regular juice then if you like. I have a 15 month old that I give regular juice but it is still mixed half water and half juice.

I started giving my daughter diluted juice when she was around 6 months old...I just didnt give her alot.
She is 9 months old now and I give her a sippy cup of juice once a day at lunch...sometimes she wants water or milk (breast) instead.
Never give cows milk until baby is at least 1 year old.

Usually around 5 1/2 to 6 months is a good time. Just be sure to put an equal amount of water and mix it together. It will be too strong at first plus its too much sugar.

You can give cow milk (whole) at 1 year, Juice should not be given until baby can drink from a sippy cup, never a bottle.

I would wait until at least 12 months for any liquid other than breastmilk, formula or water. My daughter was more like 18 months when she started having juice.
