I'm a member of a large anesthesiology group.

The income structure is identical for all members of the group. We bill in time based units on anesthesia services we deliver to the patient.

Many in the group have assumed additional, uncompensated, roles. We have a board of directors who manages the business side of things (I'm a board member). We have others who spend hours each week on unpaid tasks such as running the group website. Nobody gets paid for this and nobody wants to pay someone else to do this.

We can currently expense items related to our work and take this out of our own billings on a pre-tax basis. If I buy books or attend a meeting, I fill out an expense report and get that money reimbursed to me pre-tax

My question is can we pay ourselves for uncompensated non-anesthesia work and shift some income from our W2 to a 1099? More flexibility in deducting things on the Sched C and we already pay our own employers portion of income tax so the self employment tax is a wash

I work for a small company were the owner is actually on site. He constantly is bugging me about how fat i am and i weight 175 pounds when i don't clearly weight that. Then i find out i am am pregnant and now i am 12 Weeks pregnant and then the fat jokes keep on coming. Not only that he wants to fire me on the basis of i miss to much work because i am single mother and i have dr apointments to go to and a sick child to take care of. My human resourse officer told me i cant do anything bc he will keep me tied up in court till my kid is in college. I need help i live in florida and need to know what me rights are.

i am from the state of wisconsin and i am trying to sue someone in florida in the amount of $789.00 for ebay fraud. so i have to fly to florida for the hearing. i was wondering if anyone knows if i can sue for the cost of flight or missed wages, aggravation etc... if not any of those, what else could i sue for to get some type of reimbusement for the trip there??

Is it ok when I take my kitten to get fix, can I get him fix and put a chip in him and get all his shots in one day or should I do them one at the time , I'm not getting him declawed cause I think that'a cruel, What do you think should I do that all at once or one at the time, I really care about my kitty and I want him to be happy and safe , I have all the money to do all that. My boyfriend and i just got back together yesterday. He was talking about coming downtown to pick up a cd from the music store. I was like well if you do that then we should have lunch. He was like oh ok. Well I didn't talk to him last night to firm up plans because he was asleep. I called him this morning and he said he would call me back because he was talking to his friend and his dad. I have 4 children from a previous relationship. We both currently reside in the same state , he gets the children every other weekend as of now. I will be getting re-married and he resideds out of state due to med school. Hello, I started my credit history in May and I have credit cards that are reporting positive things about my payment history. My current credit score is "0" due to a "thin file" how long does it take to get a credit score? I am using Identity Guard and they are the ones telling me I have a score of "0", is this true? Or may the agencies have scores for me? Thank you for your help.
